Final weekend.

The only way to rise from the fall is to further surround myself with people who makes me happy and those that truly care for me. I also have to keep reminding myself that life still goes on. Shit happens and what you gotta do is to just flush it down and begin a new.  I've also learnt that nothing really does stays forever and I vow that from now on, I'll take things with a pinch of salt. Or at least till someone can assure me (may I add, assure me gila babi) that we are on the same path and could actually see us being together for the rest of our life. Sure, that may sound a lil too much for some, in fact I cringe at the thought of starting all over again (because honestly, I'm having major trust issues with the opposite gender nowadays) but there's no way I can go back to how and what things were. Therefore, to 'move forward' is ze mantra from now on.

I've a feeling that those girls up there in the group photo (kindly click to enlarge please. I've nicely made it into a collage for your viewing pleasure hahaha.) are gonna be my party khakis from now on. I mean, we were all from RP (myself, Tiqah, Fa, Rchl, Germaine), Dhiya's are the girls' ex colleague and Zaimah's my closest gfs. So yeap, there you have them all! Haha. Extremely laid back, fun like hell and we truly keep a look out for each other! Gotta love going out with girls that have a mind of their own and not those that always say, "anything la I anything". Because ps: I can't stand those type of people. They make me feel like smacking their head so that they'll come out with some sort of a decision. Hahaha.

I knew I had to be outside on that particular Saturday night because for all you know, I might be attempting to kill myself (wished I can go in detail but I shall keep it highly privatized) HAHA. So glad I have Syafff to accompany me. We met and I became her personal shopper for the day. Picked out an all black and gold outfit for her conference meeting in KL and hellll yeah she looks good! She even put on the red lipstick I recommended! Hehehe so proud of this girl here la.

We were a tad too early. Reservation was at 8.30? But we arrived an hour earlier + we were later reminded that Goodfellas only starts playing at 10.30 hahaha. Yeap you probably guessed it correctly, we stayed and didn't budged an inch till 11.30. Thank god there was lotsa food and drink (of course never ending snapping of photos). Before I forget, many many thanks to the head chef at Timbre Substation! ;)

Just so you know, I enjoy being around with people who appreciates good music and also, comfortable silence. xx

It's been a while since I last went out and truly enjoyed myself. Sometimes I get worried for myself. Haha. I just hate falling sick because I'm an idiot weakling, really.

Anyway..

Again, many many thanks to Issy for the tickets and Zaimah for asking me along! I went ahead despite feeling under the weather because I thought I'd put the complimentary tickets to good use. Andddd hell yeah I did hahaha. I'll never forget the night or rather, morning because we danced in the rain. C'mon it's not often that you get to party in the rain and never in my wildest dream would I go for a foam party. This was the closest I could get and happy was an understatement. :)

Always a joy to see another one bites the dust. Weddings always have a certain feeling to it. An overwhelming happy feeling because two people are finally gonna be halal together. It's just beautiful. I'm sorry if I lack of a better usage of word here but guys, 8.30am right now hahaha.

Gotta love the idea of having the solemnization at Masjid Sultan followed by reception at Nabins. Congratulations again to Mary and Farhan. Blissful marriage and may you both last long forever and ever! xx

  

You don't know how geram I am when I see cute chubby babies. That's Sharleez Alysa and please don't mind my face. Just concentrate on the cutie botak girl! MAJOR LOVE FOR HER PLEASE. Sharleez is Wan Sarah's 2nd daughter and right now, she's having her 3rd child and it's a baby boy! Omgggg I can't believe it either but a mummy's gotta do what a mummy's gotta do. Hehe.

And that we girls proceed to.. Esplanade for some "reliving of the younger days". :P

It's been a while since we last were at the outdoor theatre for a live performance. That night just makes me reminisce.. Hahaha funny, young and care-free days are over but one thing that's for sure, funnier days (though a lil more serious because we are all working adults. Oh god I feel old typing that out already! ) are here to come. Who knows.. ;)

Of course, the night isn't complete without food. Shah Alam for Roti John, Maggie Goreng and Teh Tarik. With none others than my favourite girls. ❥❥❥

Swedish House Mafia One Last Tour.

ONE HELL OF A NIGHT.

That's Atiqah's colleague and it didn't take long before we got acquainted really fast. I guess when you're out to party and have fun, anything is possible. Sarah's from New Zealand but have been staying in Singapore for the past 9 years. Extremely cool chick and super multi racial. She's studying in Singapore Sports School and she has more malay friends than Atiqah ever had in her whole life! Hahaha.

  

Of course before the party started, we had our tummy filled with KFC goodness!

No offense, but we almost fell asleep when DJ Aldrin was spinning. I kinda pity him though. Everyone's anticipating for SHM and therefore, can't be bothered much with him. 

 I'm feeling extra stupid and sad because I barely capture anyyyyy thing on stage because 1) I was standing right behind tall and buffed up guys. 2) When you stand right infront, yes, we were right behind the poles/bars. You can't exactly see much. If you get what I mean la. 3) I'm short. Period.

But one thing I'll NEVER forget was how awesome the whole set was. The lazer lights, fireworks, graphics and ALL that happened, was just.. Pure awesome. Sorry if I'm lacking out of vocab here. Haha.

Again, made new friends. Okay la technically, we already know each other. Hahaha all in RP. Always opposite class kinda thing. Lol. I can't emphasize on how small SG is. Btw, that's Germaine and Victor!

Stupid bloody pimple.

 Couldn't and wouldn't ask for a better company. These 2 girls were filled with energy and that's great! I hate partying with lamp posts. Hahaha.

Yupp, my sister went too and she called up after the whole thing to share a cab together!
