Space and time.

I have so much to share that I don't know where and how to begin. Right now, all I know is that I'm jam packed with work and I've no time for real actual fun. I miss going out doing activities but I always end up meeting my girls for dinner only. I mean, I'm glad that we all still try to make time for each other but I'd wish we can all do more than just that. Haiz oh wells, I need to take note that my friends' financial status and my precious time that I have left per week, do play a part here. :/

A quick update about work, the CE team has got 22 ceremonies to cover and we all take turns in doing them. So it's a total of 5 ceremonies that I have to do. So far, I've done 2 and another 3 more to go for me. It's not exactly that tough but sure as hell is tiring, all thanks to the 3-5 inches of wedge/heels that I always strap on. It's not necessary to be always in those, flats are allowed but I don't think it's nice nor appropriate(to me la). Side track abit, my favourite Zara platforms aren't allowed for big events. :( So that can only mean one thing, to get a good comfy pair of heels, a black/nude in color and the first thing that came to mind was Melissa's. Ps; Melissa's would cost atleast $200. Double :/ Haiya nvm, I'll just take it as one of my "investment". :P

One thing for sure, I had alot more to learn and I'm willing to learn also. I just need more time to prove myself that I'm capable to do things, up to their standard. And ps; different managers have different style of working and I, have to adapt to whatever "style" their's is. Easy? Right. If kena scolding, just swallow it down and do as they say lor. It's only been 4 months or less, I'm sure they'll "tekan" me as much as they'd like and.. I'm good. Haha. Though that being said, it's not that bad or all mean, almost all of them are nice. I love my job and the perks that comes with it. Example, eating lovely cupcakes and more and more cakes. Hahaha I'm so gonna be fat la! AND I'VE NOT BEEN EXERCISING FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS. DIE LOR, JUST DIEEE. FATTY BOM SHIQS.

I'm proud to say that I've been saving up $$$ pretty well. I'd loveee to earn more because that means, I'm able to save even more. Like shiok right, to see $$$$ in you bank? That being said, I have a list of what to buy next. I hope I can and when the time comes, I won't be a pussy and not buy it coz I'm too sayang to be apart from such a huge sum. Hahaha haiz why aren't I rich?

Nurul from Bonvo and myself from NUS > Bayfront> Gorgeous Gardens by the Bay, be it in the day or night > crazy standing of 2 hours plus and thank god I decided to leave ze heels at work > Tuna and Honey Chicken sandwiches that we didn't managed to snap pictures of coz we were ravenous as hell > A plastic cup of Sprite and a bottle of Fiji water that was priced at $8 each. More exorbitant than the weekly Starbucks Frap that I have at work > Charmed, swooned by the one and only Jason Mraz though my love meter for him would go rocket high if he had a shorter hair do. Ps; I can't stand guys with long hair. Pss; I like my man clean cut. With stubbles? BONUS. Hehehe  > We walked and got ourselves lost while trying to find our way out of The Meadow. It's like a maze, a pretty one but Nurul and I couldn't be bothered much as our feets were literally begging for help. :( We followed the lesser crowd and managed to reach MBS close to midnight > Toastbox for supper and it was like a mini pit stop for us. Nothing beats simple food such as kaya toast and half boiled eggs to be eaten in the middle of the night or rather, morning > Wouldn't forget how we almost didn't get a cab due to our line being cut off, to the cabby calling us back and making our way home safely in the wee hours > As always, memorable.

Last week of June.

After so long, a simple dinner at Canele with Paula after work. We both had the same thing which was the Spicy Marinara and I tried out the Strawberry Tea. At the first sip, it was weirdly tasteless and they were nice enough to make a new one for me. Slightly sweeter but definitely better. Love the atmosphere at Shaw Lido because there ain't many people and the service was 2-thumbs up! I forsee myself visiting this place pretty soon and as usual, precious catch up time for less than 2 hours are always loved. I mean, how often can I meet my girlfriends with such busy schedule of mine(or theirs). It's like you gotta plan atleast a week in advance before finalizing it a day before to double confirm. HahaI can't believe we are all in this "working" phase. 

Though not all my friends are exactly working and earning themselves a living la. Haha I don't know what goes through their mind at times. How do you feel not earning any $$$ and wait for others to feed you? Pretty much sucky, I assume. But oh wells, perhaps different people have a different mindset and they most definitely are not on the par with me. ✌

 I collected my tickets at ION Orchard and I must say that SISTIC is very good in reminding us on collecting our tickets before the "closing" date. They kinda spam me on my email before sending out SMS-es and I'd take this in a positive way because people like me can be really busy and forgot about all this small things. But of course, there's no way I'll miss out on JASON MRAZ! Hehe. On the Friday, WERKZ our photographer (for work) came down with lovely desserts for us and mind you, the day before he came with Soyabean tarts instead of the Chocolate Banana and Apple Guava tarts. It's uber delicious and I forgot to take down the place of where those goodies came from! Nevermind that, I can always pray for another time. ;)

Everything was down right awesomeee! I can still remember how charming and amazinggg Mraz was. Though, I'd admit 2/5 of the songs he sang, I was pretty clueless. Hahaha. I'm not a hardcore fan to begin with la but I went for the experience and whatnots. Loveeee it when I especially  had a crazy partner for the day! I swear we both were damn tired but we made time and energy for it (somehow)!

Allow me to digress but do follow me on twitter ya? I mean, it's really the easiest way to know what goes on behind all this picture that I've posted and gonna continue posting. It's a little redundant to mention over and over again. Like the photo above, it was before we tried calling for a cab at MBS Casino taxi stand. I swear the queue was massive and there was no way me and Nurul was going to join the line up. We both called but to no avail and my line got cut off but only to receive a call by the cabby if I still am in need of one. Hell yeah we needed it. It's 1am+ fyi and that's the longest time I've stayed out after hmm something-something la hor. I don't wish to talk about it. Anyway, either Twitter or Instagram. Both with the same ID: ahshiqs.
